The hotel provides a shuttle to the city center for a fee. Breakfast had many options available. The spa facilities were EXCELLENT!!!

The hotel is a bit far from the main tourist sites, so taxis are needed. The hotel offers a shuttle service for transportation to the city. I liked the vegetation around the neighborhood for evening walks.

The gym was satisfactory. It provided adequate facilities for workout hygiene.
The room lacked a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. this made personal grooming difficult for those with impaired vision. A simple addition would greatly improve the experience. staff also did not inform us about an impending bus strike prior to our departure. this resulted in a significantly higher taxi fare. This lack of communication was unacceptable.

the hotel provides a shuttle for 5 euros per person. it runs to the city center. the room was beautiful and clean. the bed was also very big.
the rooftop bar was unavailable. it only hosts private events, which i found limiting. i also noticed a lack of service by the pool. no one came around to take orders.

The breakfast buffet was varied. I was particularly impressed with the service at the bar and in the restaurant.. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. They feature duvets, robes, and slippers.
The indoor pool was closed without any announcement. There were insects on the carpet and mold in the bathroom. This was quite disappointing.
